  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)

  • 2–3 green onions, sliced (green parts only for low FODMAP)

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
