I’m Dace—trained chef, nutrition nerd, and the heart behind The Happy Belly Kitchen. For years, I poured my passion into baking for my local community. But everything changed when my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease—and suddenly, the food that once brought us joy was making her sick.
As a mom, I did what we all do—I went into problem-solving mode. I leaned into my education as a nutritional therapist and began researching everything I could about gluten intolerance, gut health, and food sensitivities. I spent countless hours experimenting in the kitchen, determined to create meals that were not only safe but also nourishing and truly satisfying.
That journey became the foundation of The Happy Belly Kitchen.
